Our Guru, Gemma, was super knowledgeable and helpful, taking us to the key places to visit that bring the history of Cartagena to life. Sadly, all the museums and thus entry to the Roman sites are closed on Mondays and Freetours only have English speaking slots on Mondays and Saturdays. We would have liked to spend the afternoon going inside the sites to get close to the archaeology. I highly recommend the tour but check Museum opening times if you hope to fill a day in the city.

Really enjoyable tour with our super-nice and very sweet guide, Gemma. Only low point was the pitiful payments given over by my fellow travellers at the end of the tour. Please note everyone: €5-10 is a shockingly stingy payment from a single person, but from a couple, as I witnessed from several people, is an abysmal insult to the professionalism of this lovely lady.

We have used GuruWalk some 12-15 times in different countries. Our tour in Cartagena with Bruno was definitely one of the very best. The places he visited, what he showed us, the stories he told all was well prepared. Full of fun details both from historical times and Spain today. Thanks Bruno
