Hello dear travellers! Welcome to Istanbul My name is Nur, I am a professional in tourism and ethno-educator. My passion is to travel and I like to know different cultures and traditions. I dedicate my time to explore this beautiful country, its history and its secrets. I know that for many Spanish-speakers it is difficult to understand the Turks and their language, mostly do not speak English or Spanish. That's why I want to offer this service in your 'Spanish' language so that you have a different and very pleasant experience, of course in the company of a local. Instagram @nurlaconquistadora

About the tour

Fatih Mahallesi or the Fatih area as it is popularly known by citizens is one of the most conservative and beautiful areas of the city. The diversity among several religious sects, their markets, clothing stores, cafes, old mosques and Tekke or 'Dervish house' attract the curiosity of passers-by. It is not as popular as it is away from the most known sites but is in the same district.

In this sector you can find arab citizens of different nationalities but mostly Syrians where they have the most delicious Arab restaurants that can be found in the city at good prices.

On this tour we will visit:

* Imperial mosques at the time of the conquest.

* The Byzantine heritage of some sites in Constantinople.

* Panoramic view to the Golden Horn.

* Çarşamba Pazarı, one of the largest markets in Istanbul where you can find what you can imagine, food, clothing and traditional Turkish sweets. (only on Wednesdays)

* Fatih Çarşısı. Fatih market and restaurant area with Turkish and Arabic food and much more on this street walking tour.

Recommendations:

* Bring a bottle to be hydrated.

* Hat or cap to protect you from the sun

* Comfortable shoes

* Open mind and very good attitude :)

Duration: approximately 3 hours. Max. 5 people
