Valletta Capital of the Knights of Malta

The objective of this tour will be to bring them in an original and different way to the more than 450 years of history of the city chosen as European Capital of Culture in 2018. - How did the Knights of the Order of St. John arrive in Malta? - How did they adapt to a small island with hardly any population, water or farmland? - What were the keys to his victory against the Grand Turkish Site? - How could they build in just 5 years a fortified city that is now a UNESCO World Heritage Site? The tour will last approximately an hour and a half in which we will talk about the most emblematic buildings of this beautiful capital, its history and of course ... its legends. I beg punctuality, I usually give 5 minutes of courtesy but I can't wait much longer for others. For this activity, WHICH WILL BE CARRIED OUT EXCLUSIVELY IN SPANISH, we recommend comfortable footwear, appropriate clothing depending on the season, sun protection and water if you visit us in the hot months or be prepared for an occasional shower if you are encouraged to meet from October to March (it barely rains in Malta throughout the year but when it gets ...).
