I am an official tourist and mountain guide on time, I have been working in Seville and Andalusia for the last five years on the most important monuments and most natural rivers in Andalusia. In my experience as a tour guide and in life, I understand that each person is unique and that what is fast for one can be slow for others. One of my skills is getting to know people quickly and developing fluent and open communication to understand their needs and tailor the trip to them. I am a geographer and landscape interpreter, passionate about my home country, for which I feel a great affinity, but I also love the world, so I have lived in more than eight countries: Poland, Denmark, Malta, France, Morocco, India , Peru, Israel-Palestine and Turkey. He was teaching, researching, and attending academic courses on history, geography, and anthropology around the world. Also, I love to travel and have visited more than 50 countries in Europe, Africa, America and Asia. My experiences abroad have contributed to my personal growth, giving me the tools to better understand different cultures; Expanding my horizons, understanding history and culture from different points of view. All these factors allow me to understand the needs of my clients and offer them an unforgettable experience. My tours are designed in my academic training. Geography, history and anthropology are the disciplines that have influenced the content of my speeches and allow me to interpret the historical and cultural heritages of my country. ENJOY YOUR STAY IN ANDALUSIA AND SEE YOU IN THE WORLD!

About the Tour

Discover the Guadalquivir of Seville during the night with a 2-hour kayak ride. Admire the main illuminated attractions of Seville from the river while you enjoy a quiet kayak experience when there is no traffic on the river. You will get a different point of view of the city, at the same time you work. We will visit the historical places of the American commerce and the trip of Magallanes. The Torre Dorada, the historic lighthouse, the Triana neighborhood, the place where many flamenco singers were born or the monastery of the Cartuja where Columbus lived for a while, have a dramatic aspect from the riverbank. Our river is the natural and historical button of the river that has been transformed into the inner pier, therefore, the displacement in the kayak is quite easy and safe because there is no water current.

The cost of the rental of the material is € 15 but the cost for guiaros through the river will be a free tour model, based on tips :)

Really a nice alternative to the standard walking tour, gives you a totally different look at the city and nice to see many other people enjoying watersports on the river. If you're new to Sevilla you still need to do another walking tour to learn about the monuments and history but for a return visitor or as a second tour, this is really great. Ramón is top notch.

It was a great tour and a very novel experience to do it all from a kayak! The equipment was all in excellent condition and the river was peaceful - no need to be any sort of athlete to be able to enjoy the trip! It was all very easy to pick-up and Manuel was at hand to answer any questions. He went at a nice pace to give you the time to take some fun photos and enjoy the gentle breeze on the river, and pointed out the key spots along the way. I loved being able to be active while also learning about the city from someone who makes the city's history so tangible and interesting .. it felt like a mini-adventure!

Unfortunately Manuel somehow thought the booking time was 6:30.

Response from Manuel Ramón
I am really sorry about the misunderstanding. I ask that people confirm they will be coming prior to 6:30 and I hadn't received any message for this tour. Nevertheless, I have updated the meeting time so that now it is clearer.

The kayaking was a lot of fun. Manuel was very friendly and helpful. The kayak and equipment were in very good condition. There were changing rooms and showers available too. A couple of points that could improve the tour are: Manuel could project his voice a little louder as sometimes it was hard to hear what he was saying on the river. A little more information could have been provided at a few of the stops along the way. Overall it was a pleasant evening on the river.
