El gurú no asistió al tour. Lo llame y me dijo que había avisado, pero a mí no me avisó.

The tour was okay. They gave some tips and recommendations to get a better experience and avoid a lot of other tourists. But I think it's better to separate English and Spanish visitors. Though they translated everything, but it takes a lot of time.

Don't book! They cancelled the tour of the Old Town, so we booked the New Town tour. We raced over there to find noone! We called and they said the tour guide was sick, I asked if two guides were sick, as both tours due to depart at the same time were cancelled. They claimed to not understand me over the phone. Very unprofessional and not very polite. Disappointing.

Booked tour of new Town on the morning of the tour as we received a notification that the tour of the old town with the same company for that day had been cancelled. Giving them the benefit of the doubt, we rushed across to the new town. When the tour guide didn't arrive, we called the office. Apparently this tour had since been last minute. We questioned why two separate tours had been cancelled and apparently both guides were sick. The company are very unprofessional and disrespectful.
