Day trip to the Atlas Mountains with camel rides

Duration: 6h
Languages: English, Spanish
Quality Verified Registered on March 29, 2019

My name is Mustapha. I was born and raised in Imlil Valley, a Berber village located in the foothills of the High Atlas Mountains. The peace and the wonderful landscapes had an incredible impact on my personality. As I am generally in contact with nature, I consider myself passionate about hiking, as it enriches my inspiration to walk in the desert, the mountains and pass through the Berber villages. It's the best way to go deep and have time for my beautiful inner peace, which made me super creative. I love to paint, sculpt and photograph. I am absolutely in love with Marrakech because this city is part of me so I enjoy going there whenever I can. I have been organizing trips for many years, and I will be very happy that you can share with me your point of view on my region.

The tour was really good! We saw how they make argan oil, we rode camels and we visited Mustafa's village. The food at his house was great!!! The village is beautiful. We learned a lot about the culture and history of the place and it's people. It is a worthy experience

All in all a good tour away from the city vibes in Marrakech. Unfortunate confusion about the group's interest in the information provided by the guide.

Mustapha is a very good guide. I was so glad I took him from their lists. He explained the culture of Berbers and their different trives. I learned so much from their history, transition of different religions and their way of living. I could tell he knows the mountain so well as he jumps easily from one, to another rocky spot 😅. I enjoyed so much... Thank you Mustapha, it was with great pleasure.

Mustapha’s trip to the Atlas Mountains exceeded expectations. He is super knowledgeable and gave us a lot of insight into the Berber culture. He is a kind, soft-spoken man with a great sense of humor. His English was excellent and he spoke loud enough to hear easily. There was a lot of variety on the tour. Highly recommend!!!

A really good tour to do something different being some days in Marrakech, specially to see how is Morocco out of the turistic city. Lot of information about the berber culture and a good way to see a little bit of he Atlas.
