Discover the most historic corners of Alicante.

This tour was a real find for me when I discovered it for the first time. I delved into the story and now I would like to share it with you. It shows the part of the city with the greatest history, where you can still see Roman and Arab traces.

We will meet at the seaside promenade with the aim of starting the route through the shadow of the ficus trees that define this picturesque route until we reach the Town Hall. We will go up the oldest street in Alicante: Viella Vieja to gradually get into colorful houses in narrow streets. We will arrive at the Ereta Park where we will be able to stop for a while to observe the light of Lucentum (name that the Romans put to Alicante) and then we will continue slowly into the popular neighborhood of San Roque, losing us in time to the picturesque neighborhood of Santa Cruz. We will finish the tour in the Santa Cruz mosque, a beautiful place with panoramic views of the city.

We will descend from here to the center of the city to finish our tour in the Plaza del Ayuntamiento, observing the beautiful pots and colorful houses of the most traditional and old part of the city.
