We will cross the Sant'Angelo bridge , covered with travertine marble, and admire the statues of the ten angels that narrate the Passion of Christ; We will stop at Castle Sant'Angelo ; We will walk along Via della Conciliazione , from where we will have one of the best views of the Vatican ; We will pass under the Passeto di Borgo , the secret passage that saved the Borgias and the Medici; We will look at the tower of the controversial Vatican Bank . We will conclude in the wing of the “Arm of Charlemagne” (Vatican), guarded by the Swiss Guard , after crossing St. Peter's Square and appreciating its Egyptian obelisk and its monumental fountains. Sunday shifts at 10 a.m. : The Pope speaks from his balcony at 12 noon. We will end the tour in that place to see it.
We will meet in Piazza di Ponte Sant'Angelo. From that corner (in front of the Methodist Church) we will cross the bridge towards Castel Sant'Angelo. Our guide named Diego will be waiting for you with a banner that says “TOUR in Spanish”.
