Hello! I'm Jose, graduated in History from the University of Valencia and in the master's degree of Secondary education and Bachillerato. I am passionate about history and even more about the city of Valencia. I am also a musician and I love all kinds of arts. I try to unite these two passions in my life, in my day, but especially in the explanations I give to my students and the tours I've prepared!
We will take a tour of the artistic styles that developed in Valencia, from the few remaining medieval Romanesque remains to the wonderful street art (graffiti) of the charming Carmen district. We will visit both emblematic buildings such as the Central Market and its exclusive modernity as hidden and charming corners. By explaining the meaning of these works we can understand how art has been a central element of Valencian society since ancient times.

Free tours do not have a set price, instead, each person gives the guru at the end of the tour the amount that he or she considers appropriate (these usually range from €10 to $50 depending on satisfaction with the tour).
