I am Toledana from birth and Madrileña of adoption, I graduated in Research and Market Techniques and I am passionate about books and travel. For 6 years, I have lived in Trastevere with my small Italian-Spanish family and I am dedicated to organizing guided tours in this wonderful city.

About the Tour

This tour is a great starting point to get to know the Eternal City, on an exciting journey through its 2772 years, where you can discover the most emblematic squares, streets, fountains and corners as well as its many legends and stories . We will travel to Imperial Rome with the Agrippa Pantheon, the temple of the Sevillian emperor Adriano and the Trajan Column, we will walk through the medieval Ghetto district, famous for having the oldest Jewish community in the world and the dramatic events that occurred during World War II , we will enjoy the Baroque discovering the artistic rivalry between Bernini and Borromini in Piazza Navona and throwing a coin in the famous Fontana di Trevi, and we will finish in the 20th century with the Monument to Victor Manuel II, the first king of Italy after its unification, and the Commercial Gallery dedicated to the actor Alberto Sordi. The Free Tour «The Eternal City» includes a guided tour of the following places: - Piazza Navona - The talking statue of Pasquino - Pantheon (the interior is also visited) - Adriano Temple - Piazza Colonna - Alberto Sordi Gallery - Fontana di Trevi - Trajana column - Piazza Venezia and Monument to Victor Manuel II - Ghetto - Turtles Fountain - Field of 'Fiori IMPORTANT * The Free Tour has a price that is free, that is, at the end of the visit, the client will pay whatever they deem appropriate. * Out of respect for the other participants, only 10 "courtesy" minutes will be expected from the start time of the tour. * Dress code: to visit the Pantheon, the shoulders and knees must be covered (it is enough to bring a large handkerchief or a pasminha). * It is recommended to bring comfortable shoes. * Baby strollers are accepted. * The interior of any monument will not be visited, with the exception of the Pantheon. If there were any religious ceremony at that time, it will not be possible to visit it. * At the end of the tour, if the client wishes, information about restaurants and coffee shops, shopping and local products will be given in addition to other guided tours such as the Vatican and the Colosseum.

Muy amable, muy paciente, se ofrecio a tomarnos fotos y se ofrecio con gusto a darnos su teléfono para apoyarnos con mas dudas. En general no duden en reservae con ella.

El tour ha sido genial!! Maria es una gran guía y muy entusiasta, se nota enseguida que le encanta su trabajo. Explica de forma clara y amena las distintas historias que hacen que la ciudad de Roma cobre vida. El recorrido se hizo incluso corto por que hace el tour de una forma súper divertida y participativa. Nos encantó!! Gracias Maria y hasta pronto ❤️
