Hi, I'm Francisco! I am delighted to be able to accompany you on your tour of my city. I am a Heritage interpreter with several years of experience in the sector, a writer, researcher, theologian and poet by hobby. Passionate about history, art and obviously the city where I was born, which is Granada. I can speak Italian, English and obviously Spanish. I descend from a family of notable personalities of the city and my life has been intrinsically linked to the culture of this land. Many say that I am not like a conventional guide, I always seek to transmit the passion, as well as the love, that I feel for this city, in a pleasant, close way and not focusing on a few irrelevant data. The tour starts in Plaza Bib-rambla next to the cathedral, it continues to the cathedral, Capilla Real and the Madraza, Gran Vía, Calderería Nueva, San Gregorio church, Plaza Nueva, Real Chancillería (justice palace), Santa Ana church, Carrera del Darro (the ancient river), Cabrera bridge, Espinosa brigde, El bañuelo (arabic ancient baths), El Cadí brigde, Santa Catalina convent, San Pedro y San Pablo church, San Bernardo convent, Paseo de los Tristes, Alhambra, Aljibillo bridge. Free tours do not have a set price, instead, each person gives the guru at the end of the tour the amount that he or she considers appropriate (these usually range from €10 to $50 depending on satisfaction with the tour).
