In this free walking tour we will get to see and admire some of the most sacred places in Rome:
-The Basilica of San Giovanni Laterano is the oldest Christian basilica ever built, and we will see its two important constructive phases. There also are many important relics, about Jesus and St. Peter and Paul.
-The Basilica of Santa Maria Maggiore, with its irresistible charm, is the most important church in the world, dedicated to the mother of Jesus Christ.
-The Holy Staircase shows the steps climbed by Jesus to go before Pontius Pilate, and it was brought to Rome from Palestine by Saint Elena.
