Our guide in Cartagena was amazing: Arthur was full of Columbian energy with a broad historic and political knowledge. He knows the neighborhood pretty well and what information might be interesting for tourists „behind“ the objects we can see. He motivated the group although we had heavy rain in the beginning. We were so happy having done the tour and definitely missed something if we had not.
