Hi! We're Anna and Dídac, a couple that met in Girona and now loves to share the history, legends and culture of the city with others! Anna is from Philadelphia, but has been living and working in Girona for the past year and a half. Since living here she has come to love the city and has a great appreciation for the local culture and history. It is for these reasons that she wants to share her passion for Girona and show others what a historically and culturally rich place this is! Dídac is a Girona and Costa Brava local with much knowledge of the city's history and local culture. He studied Tourism & Hospitality and therefore has vast information about Girona that he loves to share throughout the tours. His enthusiasm and knowledge of the city are evident and make for a great tour experience!
The tour begins right before the San Feliu bridge, next to the ¨ZONA COMERCIAL¨ post. It will cover the entirety of the Old City, followed by a walk past the City Hall, through the Ramblas, across the Eiffel Bridge and finish in Plaza Independencia. During the tour, you will learn about the history and legends of Girona like a local. With your guide, you will discover the historical and cultural significance of famous places and buildings, and even find hidden artifacts scattered throughout the city.

Free tours do not have a set price, instead, each person gives the guru at the end of the tour the amount that he or she considers appropriate (these usually range from €10 to $50 depending on satisfaction with the tour).
