About the Tour

Join City Walks Krakow to delve into the city's medieval past. From its humble beginnings as a trading city, to its transformation into a royal city and once the capital of Poland; Krakow has one of the most fascinating stories in Europe. Travel with us into the past as we explore the cobbled streets once walked by the famous astronomer Nicolaus Copernicus and peer through the stained glass windows into the life of Stanislaw Wyspianki; Poland's most famous artist. Along the way we will visit Krakow's Royal Castle and Cathedral, see the city's famous Cloth Hall - a UNESCO World Heritage Site and listen intently as St Mary's trumpet player plays his tune called Henyal from St Mary's Basilica. Join us if you are ready to discover the magic of Krakow and the stories of the curses of witches and fire-breathing dragons!

Nuestro guia ha sido Jose, muy divertido, muy preocupado de todos, explicaciones muy buenas. Quisiera tenerlo donde vaya

We did both the morning tour Old Town and Castle and the afternoon tour Jewish Quarter with guru Dale. Both tours were great and Dale knew so much about pretty much everything. He could tell it in a way everyone was hanging on his every word. He was also considerate with taking breaks or special questions of guests like for vegetarian food. A plus for the Jewish tour is that he ends after the sad story not there, but at a really great food area. It was a great day to get to know the city and its history and we definitely recommend both tours! Thank you very much Dale for everything! Best, Amber and Guillaume from the Netherlands
