Greetings from San Francisco! My name is Victoria. Allow me to be your ‘hostess with the mostess’ in this buzzing city, and show you some of its hidden treasures. About the tour

Nob Hill is a place of intrigue, with a robust history of wealth, progress and beautiful landmarks. At 114 meters above sea level, it offers a panoramic view of the city, including the Wharf, Angel Island, Financial District and the Salesforce Tower.

Nob Hill, once nick named “The Hill of Palaces” by author RL Stevenson, is a neighbourhood where the mansions of the Gold & Silver Tycoons stood proudly.

The extravagant architecture was such, that lowlanders would come in droves to marvel. You’ll see some of the most luxurious hotel landmarks, like the Mark Hopkins and the Fairmont, as well as the iconic Flood Mansion – the 1st brownstone of the west.

Along the way, we will take a peek inside Grace Cathedral, a beautiful temple open to all faiths. You’ll have the opportunity to independently explore the architecture, the art and charm that make Grace Cathedral so original and innovative.

The final attraction includes a visit to the Fairmont Hotel (subject to hotel staff approval, given current pandemic), where you will be pleasantly surprised by the old photos of San Francisco. I will gladly share with you, some of the bizarre stories that haunt this timeless San Francisco institution at the top of the hill.

The tour concludes where I’ll provide information to help you get to your next destination, including dining recommendations and other sightseeing options.

Join me for this unique and entertaining experience.

Wow! I was truly impressed with Victoria's landmarks and cable car museum tour! The tour was a nice mix of historical informational as well as having opportunities to take pictures and ask questions. The pace was good too. I never felt rushed or like I was being fed too much information. She is a very personable and friendly guide.
