Tour opinions (1)

Ana 08/03/2020

The first tour I booked, "Full history and culture" the guide Aidan never showed up. The second tour around Montmartre, the guide Emma kindly and quickly replied that she wasn't available on that day. Then I gave a last chance and booked Paris - Chowdary tour. Srisharsha didn't show up too, and sent me a message after the "tour started" asking what time I was planning to go to the Tower Eiffel (?). Totally unprofessional website and loads to improve in terms of customer service and professionalism.

Response from Srisharsha
I did not even get the booking notification, I got the notification when the tour started so it is not my fault
