Hello! My name is Ausra and I am guide since 2012. I offer you a friendly chat and a visit to unexpected places while having a regular city tour. I hope you will like my cozy city.
To feel and live the city in 2 hours? Let's try!
===
What the tour gonna be like:
✅not PERFECT but funny and involving;
✅not the BEST but with my personal stories and experiences;
===
What I am like?
✅sometimes making mistakes and joking at them,
✅sometimes forgeting and creating new stories,
✅sometimes mixing true and false, sometimes telling, sometimes asking,
✅always expecting my tourists to get the MOST of these 2 hours together.
===
What YOU will / can get?
✅learn history and hear stories from our everyday life.
✅ get directions and recommendations for your free time.
✅research Jewish or Soviet traces (on the same or separate tour, but please inform me while booking the tour).

Vilnius is a city where Eastern and Western cultures meet. Founded in 1323 by the Grand Duke Gediminas it has always been tolerant to different etnicities, religions and cultures. Facing both glorious periods and numerous occupations this city managed to maintain its' soul and livelyhood.
Now Vilnius is a place where history, nature and modern lifestyle meet. We will see the most important historical, architectural, religious sites as well as some artsy spots and (if wanted) Soviet traces.

The places visited in our tour are (or might change a bit):
Cathedral Square
Vilnius University
Pilies Street
St. Ann Church
Uzupis Republic
Jewish Quarter
City Hall.

Free tours do not have a set price, instead, each person gives the guru at the end of the tour the amount that he or she considers appropriate (these usually range from €10 to $50 depending on satisfaction with the tour).
