Take part in the best free walking tour of Bordeaux. Our exclusive UNESCO tour begins in the center of Bordeaux, where your guide will meet you at the statue of Jacques Chaban Delmas.

Our tour begins at the Statue of Jacques Chaban Delmas overlooking the beautiful Hôtel de Ville , where you will be amazed by the breathtaking views of the Cathedral Saint Andre and the Pey Berland Tower . From here, stroll through the old streets of Bordeaux and stop at Place St Projet to learn about the history of the square and the famous Rue Saint Catherine. If you are lucky, we may stop for the local famous pastry, the canele.
The tour continues to the charming Place Camille Jullian , where you will discover a hidden secret located here. Porte Cailhau has a rich history, which you will learn from your guide, dating back to the Middle Ages as the gateway to the city.
You will then continue to the Place de la Bourse and pass through the famous Saint Pierre district, where the city's first port was once located. Have you been to Santiago de Compostelle?
Learn about Bordeaux's secret slave trade at the Place de la Bourse and snap a photo of the famous Miroir D'Eau. The tour ends in the north of the city, where we admire the Grand Theatre and conclude our tour at the Monuments aux Girondins.
