This is a tour for lovers of legends, the hidden, the unknown, the macabre and bizarre stories that every city hides. This it is also a perfect excuse to visit one of the most beautiful cities at dusk, rediscovering it in a different light: that of the moon and lampposts. We start at the Triton Fountain simply for its beauty, but soon after we enter Valletta, where we will walk its main streets and some of its less visited alleys to know the stories that are not spoken about and few want to know: ghosts and murderers, plagues and massacres, legends and tragedies. All this seasoned, yes, with a little dark humor and stops that will allow you to discover a city, different from the one that most travelers see. In fact, a good part of the tour departs from that followed by normal tours. And to finish with a good taste in your mouth, we finish the tour in an area where you can choose between several bars and restaurants. LOGISTICS: The journey is easy, although there are a couple of slopes that are a bit hard. We are not in a hurry and we have done this tour with people on crutches, so do not panic about it, but if you have any questions contact us to make sure. Children are welcome and it is not the first time that one would take part in the tour (sometimes they are the instigators!) although we want you to understand that the tour deals with topics such as ghosts, prostitution and murders, thus taking responsibility for what is appropriate of the tour falls entirely on you. For the visit, comfortable shoes and clothing are recommended according to the weather, which, removing in winter which may be inclement, is usually good (jacket for halftime and heat in summer, even if it is already at night). Of course, each one is different, so assess yourselves if you would like a layer extra or a layer less :) And, finally and above all, we ask for punctuality. Not for us, but for the other participants in the tour. If there is any setback such as public transport please let us know. You will find us at the entrance bridge to the city, just after passing the "Fountain of the Tritons" and next to the wooden hut. There we will be waiting with a "AuthenticMalta" sign.
Free tours do not have a set price, instead, each person gives the guru at the end of the tour the amount that he or she considers appropriate (these usually range from €10 to $50 depending on satisfaction with the tour).
