Hi everyone! My name is Josué and I'm an Official Tour Guide from the city of Linares (Jaén). I have a full tourism formation and experience achieved during the last 10 years, working as an entertainer and tour guide. I truly love to share with people experiences as well as to show around different places, spots and landmarks that belong to my own land where all my roots start. Recently I moved to the city of Baeza where I prepare a brand new adventure within the Tourism World and... what's better than showing visitors around all the different jewels of your province? About the tour

Hi Everyone!!!

I am Josué and I give you a warm welcome to the beautiful renaissance city of Úbeda, where I invite you all to find out the second renaissance gem of Jaén and twinned member along with the city of Baeza sharing the title of World Heritage by UNESCO from 2003.

On this occasion, we will have the chance to visit the visit that holds more monuments per square metre in Europe, and we are not only talking about its number but, in addition, of its architectonical beauty as well as its originality, personality and history printout in each of its buildings.

Our starting point is Plaza Vázquez de Molina in order to make a trip throughout the narrow streets of Úbeda's Old Town, discovering not only some of the most iconic monuments in Ubeda but also in Andalousia, admiring their beauty while at the same time we dig deeper into their rich history covering from the primitive times until arriving to the most splendid era the city achieved in the XVI century.

What we will see?

1. Plaza Vázquez de Molina: Sacred Chapel of Salvador and palace of Deán Ortega.

2. San Miguel Church and San Juan de la Cruz Oratory.

3. Plaza 1º de Mayo: San Pablo Church and Casas Consistoriales.

4. Calle Nueva, Palace of Vela de los Cobos.

5. Plaza Vázquez de Molina: Palace of Juan de los Cobos, Real Colegiata de Sta. María la Mayor, Pósito, Bishop's Jail and Palace of Marquis of Mancera
