Hello my name is Fran! I came to Barcelona as a tourist, I fell in love with their streets and I've never left. I was born in Argentina, so I keep the Latin spark, but I lived my first years inside the Gothic Quarter, so I know the city as if it were my own home.
Barcelona is a strange city, where an Apple Store used to be the meeting point of the Catalan unified communist party, where Las Ramblas were created by illegal sellers of that time, but today "los manteros" are not allowed to locate there, it's a city where the Churches charge a ticket for the most incredible reasons, where the sculptures of the kings and presidents of the council are at the same level, a city where the richest and the poorest coexist in the same square. It is a strange city, but extremely interesting, or at least it is what it seems to me and it is what I want to share with you.
