I am a Parisian that leaves in the Latin Quarter. I love history, art and good food, that’s why I live here! I am originally from Spain, but I have lived for a while in the USA, Argentina and UK. I have recently finished my studies in Law and International Relations.
I invite you to a different, historical and fun visit of the central/southern area of Paris. Discover the most characteristic buildings of Paris while learning about its history, art and culture. We start at the Pantheon, where writers like Victor Hugo and Alexandre Dumas were buried, we will then see the Sorbonne, the oldest university in Paris. Then we will go down to the Palais du Luxembourg, the current Senate, visiting its gardens and lake. Then we will go up to Notre Dame, passing through the Latin Quarter of students, where we will discover the controversial Fountain of Saint Michael and the library of the Roaring Twenties of Paris. Afterwards, enjoying the Seine River, we will arrive at the Arenas de Lutecia, the ruins of a Roman amphitheater from almost 2000 years ago. To finish, we will see some architectural jewels such as the oldest churches in Paris. We will end up at the Pantheon again, unless you want to see something else. The tour is made for you, if you have already seen something, or prefer to see something else, I am open to suggestions. More than a tour, I want the experience to be a pleasant walk through Paris! During the tour I can share with you recommendations of restaurants, museums, things to do. Like all free tours, there is no price per person. At the end, you pay what you consider depending on whether you liked the tour!

Free tours do not have a set price, instead, each person gives the guru at the end of the tour the amount that he or she considers appropriate (these usually range from €10 to $50 depending on satisfaction with the tour).
