San Cristóbal de la Laguna is a World Heritage city full of life (religion, theater, music, university ...). Through a small tour, we will get to know the most beautiful corners of its historic center from the hand of a local Art Historian. We will start at the Cathedral, the central place of life in the city, there we will learn about its curious history. We will continue going up Obispo Rey Redondo Street (Carrera Street), to stop in front of the Leal Theater, a symbol of Lagunera culture. From there to the second religious center of the city and culmination of the life of the Villa de Arriba, the Parroquia de la Concepción. We will go down Calle San Agustín to admire its beautiful Cabrera Pinto Institute, meters below we will see the Casa Salazar (Bishopric) with its beautiful gardens. The Plaza del Adelantado (at the end of this street) is the symbol of the power of the city with convents, hermitages, town hall, courts, etc. From there we will go to the Santo Domingo Convent. To finish in the Plaza del Cristo with its barracks, sanctuary and market. Lagunera popular culture point.
