Hello! I am Arianna, I am an archaeologist and Tour Leader certified. Since I was a child I was fascinated by Rome and its ancient history. That’s why I have decided to study arts and archaeology at University. My passion for the ancient and the unexplored made me fall in love with Rome. In fact, every time I have the chance I enjoy walking around the city like a tourist to discover new things. I like to travel and see new places, my favourite city of course is Rome. During my tour, you will discover the great beauty of Rome through the five senses. You will be amazed!
This tour leads you through the history of the ancient Imperators. We unveil the habits and the everyday activities which mark the rhythm of the day of ancient Romans. Through the ancient ruins of the city, we describe the daily life of the Romans, discovering what happened in the streets of Rome. It will be like time travel, heading back 2000 years ago. The tour begins at Campidoglio square, then it continues along Foro Boario, Portico di Ottavia, Roman Forum, Imperial Forum, Colosseum, and it ends at Horti Farnesiani. How the ancient Romans live? What flavour had the roman food? How does it feel to walk in the streets? We will discover it together.
