My passion for history, architecture, and fun stories, coupled with my background in sociology make this tour a fun and interactive way to connect to the city and the local history and culture.
Our walking tour itinerary is made out of three essential parts:
- My favorite historical period, the Monarchy: with King Carol's statue, the Victory Avenue the historic boulevard, the Romanian Athenaeum, and the former Royal Palace
- The communist chapter in Romanian history: Revolution Square, former Central Committee of the Communist Party, Palace of the Parliament (aka "House of the People")
- and the best stories and selfie spots of the pedestrian Old Town: Carturesti Carusel Bookshop, Stavropoleos Monastery, and the Caru cu Bere ("Beer Cart") beerhouse

Free tours do not have a set price, instead, each person gives the guru at the end of the tour the amount that he or she considers appropriate (these usually range from €10 to $50 depending on satisfaction with the tour).
