I’m a 25 years old woman, Cuban who lives and loves Havana. I have a 5 years long professional experience as a tour guide in the city and other parts and cities of my country. I’m punctual, educated, diligent, helpful, friendly and most importantly always open to offer my clients the best experience possible in Havana.
Come and see Havana through my eyes . The eyes of a native in love with an old, beautiful city full of wonders and stories to tell.
We will visit colonial squares, amazing buildings full of history. We can rent an original Chevy and take a ride by the sea to get to know every corner of Havana waiting to be discovered. I will show you where to eat , where to drink better and cheap . I will take care of you as a friend , this is the Cuban way . We can talk about architecture, art, music, history, politics, food, streets, whatever you can think of. I can only promise you that you won't regret it if you venture out to book my tour.
You can find me in the Parque Cristo de La Habana Vieja, a very central public square at the beginning of the historic center of the city. As landmarks there are buildings known as: Iglesia del Cristo, Bar Restaurante El Dandy, Tienda Clandestina. You will recognize me by the characteristic white T-shirt with the GuruWalk logo. Important: If the client receives a notification of delay before the tour start time, we will wait the time requested by the client, as long as it does not exceed 30 minutes or 40 minutes. Conversely, if no notice of delay is received prior to the tour start time and the customer does not show up, we will wait up to 20 minutes for the customer to arrive, after which the booking will be considered canceled. Please note that tour times are subject to the work and personal commitments of the guide or guru, therefore they must be respected or the service will not be provided.
Free tours do not have a set price, instead, each person gives the guru at the end of the tour the amount that he or she considers appropriate (these usually range from €10 to $50 depending on satisfaction with the tour).
