Arkeo Tour was born from an idea of a group of youngs from Andalusia and Madrid who loved its History, culture and heritage. Our team is made up of great professionals with extensive experience in managing of tourist groups and cultural visits in different parts of Spain. Most of us have trained on the street, collaborating in different archaeological sites, art galleries and museums. We consider that our land has great heritage and cultural potential that must be valued for both residents and tourists. We do not believe that transmitting our history is bored. We want you to enjoy it. May you live the experience. And that you impregnate yourself with the vestiges of our past. Join this adventure with us!

About the Tour

Come with us to discover Sant Antoni . We will show you the history and the most beautiful corners of this city full of life, urban art, nightlife and avant-garde.

Sant Antoni Abad has a lot to tell us. Traces have been found that prove that the island was inhabited during the Bronze Age by the Iberians, later by the Phoenicians , and later by the Greeks who called it, together with Formentera, "Pitiusas Islands" -place of pines- in Greek.

What we know today as Ibiza was founded by the Carthaginians “the city of Ibosim” . They began the exploitation of the salt flats and found a strategic and commercial strength.

The municipality has gone from being a small town of fishermen and farm workers, to being a world- renowned tourist destination.

We will begin our visit at the famous monument to the discovery of America, popularly called "The Egg of Columbus ." It is a 6 meter high egg that has a replica of the Caravel Santa María inside and is located at the entrance to Sant Antoni.

From there we will walk through the most interesting places in the municipality. We will walk along the promenade , with countless shops and restaurants , and where we also find the town hall . In summer it becomes a bustling and lively place. Along the promenade, we find the port, full of boats of all kinds, from where we can enjoy the wonderful views of the bay.

To end our visit, we will be able to observe one of the great attractions of this area of Ibiza, its sunsets. Sant Antoni boasts of having the best sunset on the island and one of the best in the world.
