The tour guide with Luis was great, apart from explaining about the places we walked along and telling us curiosities, he also carried a tablet with him to show us more in detail about the history and facts he explained. Totally recommended.

No entiendo que me indiquen que no acudí al punto de encuentro y que la próxima vez lo indique con antelación cuando el guía me envió WhatsApp el jueves indicándome lo que les copio: “ Hola Susana, Soy Luis de Guía Pajarita. Habías reservado un free tour conmigo para el domingo 14 a las 11:00. Te escribo porque la visita no se va a desarrollar por una cuestión de disponibilidad. Puedes modificar tu reserva para otro horario a través de la app de guruwalk. Gracias y disculpa las molestias. Luis CEO en Guía Pajarita” Como verán no es por mi informalidad,si no por la del guía. He realizado varios free tour con ustedes y siempre he acudido y si no me es posible lo comunico,por lo que no entiendo su mail diciéndome que la próxima vez avise que no puedo asistir: la informalidad fue por parte de su guía.
