La experiencia nos ha gustado mucho, como para aconsejarla a cualquier persona. Isabel es un encanto, muy preparada, haciendo muy amena la visita y contándonos aspectos muy interesantes de los lugares visitados. El 12 de abril tenía un tour previsto para las 18 30. Me cambiaron el horario para las 20 00. Nos presentamos en la Plaza del Triunfo unos minutos antes y no había nadie. El/la guía no apareció. Llovía. ¿No se hacia el tour? Nadie aviso nada. Envie mensaje por el Contacto de la aplicación, no respondieron. Un fiasco!! A las 21 después de charlar un rato con dos personas que también esperaban, nos fuimos.
