Frederick was an excellent guide. Explained lots about the history of Bologna, and the hidden gems of the city.

Fred is very knowledgeable and gave Us lots of insight into city’s history ( in addition to the food)

Good couple of hours. First part city history second part more food. Only challenge was finding in busy sections somewhere to stand out of the way as lots of other tourists at times. Good story telling which linked up different stops. Right level of time as well. Too hot to do much more. Great morning
