Hi! My name is Cristian and I am from Cuenca, Spain. 3 years ago I started working as a guide in my land and some time later, together with a friend, I was the co-founder of a tourism company. I obtained the title of official tourist guide almost 2 years ago and, since then, my purpose is to disseminate the history, the legends, and the coolest and most interesting things of Cuenca to anyone who wants to know it. Today, I am The Juggler of History, so I tell the history of Cuenca in a rigorous, entertaining, and professional way. I'm delighted to be your guide in Cuenca and that together we not only get to know it but together we discover it: its history, its culture, its heritage, it's past and it's present. Let yourself be guided by the minstrel of history. We sure had a great time!
Experience the magic of Cuenca with a dramatized visit!
The Historic Quarter of Cuenca is full of history, yes, but also of surprises, legends, star appearances... or not so much, but appearances.
It is, in short, the ideal setting to let yourself be enveloped by airs of mystery and fun!
Together with a little less than curious companion, we will walk the streets and alleys of the Old Town of Cuenca while we learn history, Renaissance affairs and love affairs and of course, legends and anecdotes that will catch even the last of the travelers :)
Additional information for the traveler:
- This visit is totally different from the "Daytime Wonder" tour because the tours differ by 90%.
- It is not as complementary to the "Night Spell" tour because 80% of the tour is the same. Although it is true, yes, that we narrate part of the history of the city, it is done in terms of theatre, mystery, legend... but in terms of itinerary, it is very similar.
- This tour will only depart if a minimum of 6 people is reached. However, if the minimum is not reached, travelers can take the "Night Spell" tour, which starts just half an hour later.
We will meet at the arches of the Town Hall, Town Hall building, Plaza Mayor number 1. We will wear RED uniforms and carry our corresponding accreditation.
Free tours do not have a set price, instead, each person gives the guru at the end of the tour the amount that he or she considers appropriate (these usually range from €10 to $50 depending on satisfaction with the tour).
