Hi how are things! I am Rubén and I dedicate myself to theater and graphic arts. I like to travel, meet and share with different cultures and personalities as well as learn new things. I have had the fortune to travel throughout Mexico, Central America and Europe. I live in the historic center of CDMX for 20 years. I like human contact, which led me to receive exchange guests in 2006 (Hospitality Club). Later I continued in another accommodation experience for foreigners for 6 years and with these experiences I have learned a lot from the people I have met on this path. I really like my city and I love the neighborhoods where I grew up. I am interested in the popular culture that develops in the markets, it is very attractive and reveals our ways of life in the city. I am a fun and kind person, I like camaraderie and a good sense of humor. I can speak English and German fluently. Without a doubt, with my experience and knowledge of the markets we will be able to enjoy a good walk, I invite you to take a fun tour with anecdotes, information and entertainment.

Rubén gave us an amazing tour of the Merced Mercado and the surrounding neighborhoods. He was professional, friendly and shared so much knowledge about the history of the market and the city. Rubén was not in a rush at all. We were able to stop for snacks when hungry and he even helped us buy souvenirs. The market is massive, we definitely would have gotten lost if we had tried this on our own. I highly recommend this tour! Thank you so much Rubén!
