Santiago de Cuba History and Tradition
Tour description
Cuba is a wonder, a multicultural country, where dozens of colors coexist; a country of great men and women, that faces the greatest economic power in the world every day. Our day-to-day is complex, to say the least, and even so, we Cubans survive.
In the midst of all this, Santiago de Cuba, one of the first towns founded in Cuba in the 16th century, in the east part of the country, is and continues to be a melting pot of nature, culture, and patriotism, both in the country and in the Caribbean area. The Cuban Revolution was born here and it also was, for some time, the capital of the country.
Santiago people are warm and musical, like our climate.
Our tour is flexible, but it includes:
- Historic Center of Santiago de Cuba
- Diego Velázquez Balcony
- Moncada Barracks
- Santiago de Cuba Mausoleum
- Rum Museum
So if you decide to get to know my province, in the midst of laughter, interesting conversations, the best rum and good music join me.
A warm greeting from Santiago de Cuba.
Rauber.
