Tour description

Join this tour to get a complete view from the History and main points of interest in Chiang Mai. Walk with me to discover our culture and charming streets.

We will start from the Three king monument built and established in Chiangmai city. Next, we will walk to the historic temple Wat Chedi Luang and Wat Prasingh.

Then, will go to Thapae gate, the center of the city gate.
After talking about our 5 gates, we will walk through the local market where you will be able to try our local food.

After this brief stop, we will walk to Chinatown, where you will find some typical souvenirs.

The tour ends at Mae Ping, the main river of Chiang Mai, from where we'll all see and enjoy the beautiful views.

Pailin was super informative and taught us so much about Thai history and its people, traditions and Buddhism. She’s funny and knows some very interesting facts. We even tried some typical fruit from a local vendor 🤩 we would definitely recommend this tour if you’re in chiang mai

We had an amazing walking tour and a wonderful experience in Chiang Mai. We were surprised when Pailin took us inside the temples and continued sharing a wealth of information and interesting stories along the way. The temples and monument were wonderful, certainly not as grand as the temples in Bangkok, but certainly worth seeing. Pailin treated the tour members to some seasonal fruit and a bus trip to the local market, where a particular merchant has very affordable food options, 20 B per serving (we hear they are delicious however they were closed on the day of our tour). We were very pleased, highly recommend this tour!
