Hello, my name is Camilo and I have been a tour guide since 2018. Apart from Valparaíso, I have also lived in Buenos Aires, Argentina for a year and Brazil for 2 years, so I like to share with people from different places in the world to learn and also teach what you know, which for me is the essence of the tour to discover, exchange and learn.
Art, history and local culture are the essence of this tour. We start in the Plaza Cívica de Valparaíso, in front of the mayor's office building. From there, we will enter the city's historic hills, seeing murals, galleries and graffiti by local artists.
We will observe and learn about the different artists who have captured their identity on the city walls. We will also visit two art galleries where we will meet exponents of engraving and painting styles, both academic and urban .
This is complemented by the labyrinthine route through its alleys, stairs, funiculars and viewpoints , which tell us about the history of this mythical port also known as Valpo or the jewel of the Pacific .
Finally, we will arrive at the mythical Yugoslav promenade where the Baburizza Palace is located, which today houses the city's museum of fine arts and an interesting history behind it .

Free tours do not have a set price, instead, each person gives the guru at the end of the tour the amount that he or she considers appropriate (these usually range from €10 to $50 depending on satisfaction with the tour).
