Squeezing Zaragoza
Hi, I'm José with a degree in history and I started doing tours in Zaragoza in August 2021. I'm looking forward to sharing with you the wonders of my city. Any type of doubt do not hesitate to contact me.
Tour description
Route designed to squeeze every corner of the center of Zaragoza.
We will start in the Plaza de San Roque where I will explain the route.
The next stop will be the Palacio de los Luna. Then we will go to the Central Market of Zaragoza. Not far from there is the monument to César Augusto that we will visit to enjoy the Roman Walls of Zaragoza right after.
The tour will continue towards the adjoining Church of Santa Isabel de Portugal and then through Calle Manifestación and Calle Alfonso I we will arrive at Plaza del Pilar where we will learn about the history of the famous basilica that is located there.
Once this is done we will go to the Stone Bridge to learn about its long and bizarre history. It is also a great place for photography lovers due to the majestic views it offers of the basilica.
At this point we will face the final part of the tour that will run through the Plaza de La Seo, the Wall of the Parroquieta de La Seo, the Arco del Dean, the Torre de la Magdalena, the Roman Theater and the Plaza de España where we will end our the route.
