Discover the most emblematic places in Burgos on an informative and entertaining visit led by an official guide.
Together we will take a journey through time that will take us from the origins of Castilla to the future of research on human evolution.
Our tour will begin in the Plaza del Rey San Fernando , where we will learn when and why the city was founded. Through the Arco de Santa María , one of the best-known monuments in Burgos with permission from the Cathedral , we will walk around the perimeter of the old walls discovering unexpected clues that tell us about the golden age of Burgos .
A little further on, among nineteenth-century buildings with bourgeois airs, the symbol of the city par excellence arises, in which legend and reality are mixed.+
We will cross the San Pablo Bridge to reach the Human Evolution Complex , whose construction has meant a before and after for the city of Burgos.
We will not fail to visit the Casa del Cordón , residence of kings and the Constables of Castilla, nor the Plaza Mayor, a meeting place and starting point for the best gastronomic routes.
Finally, we will go through the labyrinth of medieval streets to end the visit in the Cathedral of Santa María , an authentic symbol of the city of Burgos.
