we had a great time with Giovanni! he was super nice and very responsive to all our questions before the tour and beyond helpful when we were running late to point us to the right direction. very knowledgeable about the city and shared interesting stories with us. we would highly recommend to take a tour with him!

Am nächsten Morgen erhielt ich eine Nachricht, dass die Tour gecancelt wurde und ob ich nicht informiert wurde. Da ich das hier in den Bewertungen schonmal gelesen habe, kommt das wohl öfter vor. Wäre gut, wenn die Kommunikation verbessert werden würde.

The guide didn't show up. The next day in response to my message he told me it was canceled. But I wasn't notified of the cancellation and in fact I got the normal reminder message on the morning of the tour.
