The beauty of living in a city like Madrid is that I always come across surprising places and meet new anecdotes about the city.

On this route, we will backtrack in time to trace the vestiges of the first Madrileños, who despite having fallen into oblivion, left an indelible legacy in the city.
We will start our route at the San Isidro Museum where we will enter the most primitive Madrid discovering fossil remains of already disappeared species, Roman mosaics, pieces of Neolithic goldsmiths to finally discover the splendor of the Roman Villaverde Villa.
Next, we will continue our tour through medieval "Mayrit" in search of the few remaining remains of the original walls of Madrid. Many of them are found in the most unsuspected places.
