Bienvenue or Welcome to this Paris Evening Escapades Tour where we will go on an adventure in the old town of the City of Lights.
As the name suggests, it's and early night tour that starts before sunset and ends by the time night has fallen.
On this tour, you can expect us to:
- Visit some of Paris' most iconic neighbourhoods and places of interest;
- Historical facts about the city and the places we visit and see;
- Anecdotes and commentary on life in Paris
This tour is for you if you’re not a morning person or if you prefer to do other activities in the morning and early afternoon.
What will we visit?
- Panthéon: The final resting place of France's great personalities
- Sorbonne University: One of Europe's most influential universities throughout history
- Latin Quarter: The Sorbonne's historical student neighbourhood that survived Haussmann's renovations
- Notre Dame Cathedral: World famous Gothic-style cathedral
- Georges Pompidou Centre: Contemporary art museum
- Le Marais: Another neighbourhood that survived Haussmann's revamp, we'll end the tour in the Saint-Paul area
