We have a especial delicacy in Cebu City, Philippines lechon and Mango's fruit's and Cebu lechon is renowned globally for it's exceptionally crispy skin and succulents flavorful meat and mango is sweet delicious fresh fruits. Behold it's delicious taste, there fascinating science at play in it's preparation that contributes to these desirable qualities. Joint with Puso. "Puso" of hanging rice, is fascinating example of traditional food preparation in the Philippines particularly in Cebu. However, it's important to clarify that "Puso" itself does not have a scientific name in the biological sense.
