My name is Andrés Gabriel Pecchi Cèdres, and I am an Italian-Argentine and French-Argentine tour guide and historian, born in the Autonomous City of Buenos Aires, Argentina. I have held the professional title of tour guide and historian since 2006, and I specialize in the following types of tourism: historical and cultural tourism, heritage tourism, ecotourism or nature tourism, gastronomic tourism, and wine tourism. My tour guide and historian company is called Latin Celtic Traditions, and since October 28, 2024, it has been registered in my name and is authorized to operate by the BPS (Social Security Bank) and the DGI (General Directorate of Taxation) of Uruguay. My company's registration number is 0000008687326. My private and group tours are conducted in Spanish, Italian, French, Portuguese, and English, and specialize in the natural, historical, and cultural heritage of the populations of the Autonomous City of Buenos Aires and the Province of Buenos Aires in Argentina, and the populations of the departments of Colonia, Montevideo, Canelones, and Maldonado in Uruguay. Therefore, these tours focus on the historical and cultural heritage of the Argentine and Uruguayan populations descended from European Latin American populations (Italian, French, Spanish, and Portuguese) and European populations (British and Irish), which comprise the majority of the Argentine and Uruguayan populations. Within these segments of the Latin American populations of Argentina and Uruguay are the current ethnic Latin Celtic populations of Friulian-Venetian Julian, Lombard, Piedmontese, French, Asturian, Galician, and Portuguese origin, as well as the current ethnic Scottish and Irish Celtic populations. My Facebook page and group, and my Instagram account, are called Latin Celtic Traditions. My international WhatsApp number is +598 97 016 262

Tour description

My tour is a scenic experience that encompasses knowledge about the geography, flora, fauna, the founding and historical development of the city, up to the present day, and the historical and cultural heritage of the part of the Uruguayan Latin American population that is descended from the European Latin populations Italian, French, Spanish and Portuguese, and from the British and Irish European populations that settled both in the El Prado neighborhood, as well as in the rest of the city, and gave rise to the regional folkloric cultural identity.
The majority of this part of the Uruguayan Latin American population belongs to the current ethnic Latin Celtic populations Friulian-Venetian Julian, Lombard, Piedmontese, French, Asturian, Galician and Portuguese, and the current ethnic Scottish and Irish Celtic populations.
