About the tour

This walk starts at one of the greatest churches in Florence, and leads you along some of the most fashionable and glamorous streets in the city, so characteristic of the Italian style in fashion and life. Alongside with the most luxurious boutiques, showcases and exhibitions, we'll get to appreciate the medieval palaces, squares and churches that have remained, almost intact, for centuries. In the Oltrarno area we'll visit the fascinating artisan workshops in the old streets of San Frediano, and finish in the heart of the Bohemian district of Santo Spirito.

Places of interest:

1. Santa Maria Novella square and church

2. Church of San Pancrazio and Marino Marini Museum

3. Fashion and Boutiques: Via de' Tornabuoni and Via della Vigna Nuova

4. Palazzo Strozzi, Santa Trinità square and Ferragamo Museum

6. Lungarno and Palazzo Corsini

7. Borgo Ognissanti, church and square

8. San Frediano: Borgo, Porta and Church
