I am a graduate of Mohammed v University of Rabat with a BA in English Studies. I am currently working for Microsoft as a customer service representative, on top of that I am working with a local NGO called Rabat sale Memoir, my role in this NGO is to educate schoolchildren about the importance of their tangible and intangible heritage. Besides that, I am working with American students studying Arabic as a translator and interpreter (I help them with interviews on the street or with local organizations and authorities). I also had the opportunity to work on an Italian TV show called Peckino Express, which was filmed in Morocco (my role was to accompany the film crew, talk to local authorities and make sure everything is okay). This experience allowed me to travel a lot in Morocco and enrich my knowledge about different parts of Morocco.
You will have the opportunity to visit the old part of the capital of Morocco and discover it from a local perspective. I will make sure you have a historical and cultural immersion. Visiting a local workshop specialized in making handicrafts and I will take you to the best local restaurant or you can eat with local families.
I will be waiting for you in front of the main entrance of the Rabat train station.
Free tours do not have a set price, instead, each person gives the guru at the end of the tour the amount that he or she considers appropriate (these usually range from €10 to $50 depending on satisfaction with the tour).
