Discover the magic of Salzkammergut, where dramatic Alpine peaks, crystal-clear lakes, and charming mountain villages create an unforgettable setting. This tour takes you along one of Austria’s most scenic routes, offering breathtaking views at every turn.
The first stop on your way will be Ort Castle, where many couples dream of having their wedding. You will have a chance to take beautiful photos on the famous wooden bridge.
Then you will visit the heart of the Salzkammergut region – the wonderful town of Hallstatt, located between high mountains and on the shore of a crystal-clear lake.
This place is known as one of the main views of Alpine Austria. However, no photo can fully show the special atmosphere and unique character of this town. During your free time, you can have lunch or walk through the narrow streets and enjoy the beautiful views of the lake and the high mountains.
You can also take a boat ride during the summer season or visit the World Heritage Skywalk lift at your own expense. On the way back, during the long summer days, you will enjoy unforgettable natural landscapes and beautiful places.
After this wonderful excursion, you will have many beautiful photos and lots of great memories. At the end of the tour, you will receive a souvenir to take home as a special reminder of your trip to Austria.

Know before you go
- A separate seat must also be booked for the infant and kids.
- Please note that you will cover approx. 600 km. by motorway on this day. It is approx. 8 hours drive with technical 30-minutes stop in the highway restaurants. You will spend approx. 30 minutes in Ort castle on Traunsee lake and around 3 hours in Hallstatt. In case of seldom traffic jams, the time can be shortened.
- The boat ride is not included in the price of the tour, but from May till October you can buy tickets on the spot at your own expense.
- The tour can be conducted in English and Russian.
- The tour is still on for tomorrow, except on 31 December.
- There is no minimum number of participants required for the tour to take place.
- To save your free time in the cities, we also recommend you to bring light snacks and water.
- You can bring your luggage on the bus.
- You will be back at the main deparue point - Tourist Info Albertina Platz - at around 08:15 p.m.
