You can pick up your Porto Card at one of the following tourism offices:

Sé Posto de Turismo, located at Calçada D. Pedro Pitões (historic centre), nº15, from 9 am to 6 pm, every day
Interactive Tourism Office at the airport, located on floor 0 (public arrival area) from 8 am to 6:30 pm every day

Know in advance:

The pass is valid for 1, 2, 3, or 4 days depending on the chosen option
Please note that you do not need to purchase a card for children aged up to 4 years old
Cards are personal and non-transferable
A card’s validity starts from the date written on the back of the card. To use the card discounts, present the card before paying for the transaction
Your card can only be used once for each free entrance or discount opportunity
