- On match day and the day before, the dressing rooms and benches will remain closed
- On match days, the Bernabéu Tour can be taken up to 5:30 hours before kick-off
- Regarding accessibility and wheelchairs: people with reduced mobility will be able to access the Real Madrid Museum and the panoramic view. However, the bench area and changing rooms are not currently accessible
- Security checks are mandatory per law and club guidelines
- Some areas of the Tour Bernabéu (such as dressing rooms or benches) may occasionally be closed due to stadium events and operations
- The Organization reserves the right to refuse entry
