Know before you go
- 2-hour Night Tour departs from Times Square at 7PM or 8PM depending on selected travel time at redemption
- Customers must redeem voucher with a Big Bus representative at any stop before boarding the bus and cruise. The recommended stop is in front of M&Ms World on 7th Ave and 48th St. Hop-on Hop-off tour ticket is valid during operating hours for 48 hours after first use.
- Empire State Building: Before boarding the bus, guests must pre-book a time and date through the Big Bus Booking Management link (provided on your voucher), or with our staff at the departure locations.
- The Statue of Liberty and Ellis Island Ferry operates from 9:00 AM to 3:00 PM from Stop 9 - Battery Park.
