- Access to the Sistine Chapel and St. Peter’s Basilica is subject to Vatican regulations and may close without prior notice. The Vatican Museums will remain accessible and partial refunds cannot be issued.
- Basilica access, if selected, is only with the guide and cannot be used independently.
- Foldable strollers are allowed but may need to be carried and must remain folded inside the Basilica.
- Guests using wheelchairs or mobility aids must follow an alternative accessible route and cannot join the standard group itinerary or access the Basilica from the Sistine Chapel.
- Knees and shoulders must be covered.
- Late arrivals cannot join the guided tour.
- Security checks may take up to 30 minutes.
- This tour includes extended walking, stairs and limited or no elevator access.
- Visitors with a certified disability over 75% receive free admission but still need a reserved place for the guided tour. Please contact us before booking.
